The project team consists of working groups from The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), The Hong Kong University of Science Technology (HKUST), The Hong Kong Applied Science and Technology Research Institute Company Limited (ASTRI) and participating schools.

The core working group at the Faculty of Education, CUHK oversees the coordination between working groups, develops, delivers and evaluates project components (e.g., teacher professional training, Fun to Move@JC programs and activities). The core working group also works closely with project school working groups which consists of the school principal, teachers and parent representatives.

The working groups at the Department of Biomedical Engineering and Department of Computer Science, CUHK, Department of Computer Science and Engineering, HKUST and ASTRI work closely with the core working group on the research, development and deployment of the Fun to Move@JC state-of-the-art technologies (e.g., fundamental movement skills rater, sports band, mobile app and big data analytics).
