The aim of this online workshop was to introduce "Fun to Move Everywhere" - a big floor mat designed to enable students to master basic movement skills and health-related fitness in a fun and engaging way. This workshop provided teachers with strategies to integrate skill teaching and practice into PE lessons, and how they can support students to participate in the Project's "Fun to Move Everywhere Interschool Competition", which will be held in May 2022. Over 80 PE teachers participated in this online workshop. The project team introduced related digital learning materials and demonstration videos, as well as a guided teaching schedule and game rules for intra- and inter-school activities and competitions. Approaching the end of the workshop, the team also gave a teachers a demonstration of the skills in moderate-to-high difficulty and intensity levels, to ensure learning progression across different levels of ability. Overall, the teachers found the workshop practical and effective.
