Fun to Move@JC held three Family Fun Days on 26 February, 26 March, and 16 April 2022. More than 450 families in total joined the events filled with fun and excitement. New elements were introduced such as Easter-themed games, the “Level-Up! Challenges”, and the award for “Most Energetic Healthy Family”. For the “Level-Up! Challenges”, all family participants were guided by the coaches to take on a new challenge one after another by completing a set of exercises including cardiovascular and muscular endurance, balance, flexibility, muscular strength, and locomotor skills. Students and their parents were encouraged to wear the Sport Band to get more steps together during the online event. The top 10 families were awarded the certificates of “The Most Energetic Healthy Family”, of which the most active family got 25,000 steps. We look forward to celebrating with you a new record high in the coming event!
